Patriot Brigade

When you contribute an annual gift of $250 or more to the United Way of Jay County;s annual campaign, you will become a member of the Patriot Brigade.  The Patriot Brigade donors receive special recognition in a Recognition booklet.  Patriot Brigade levels include:

Platinum Plus Level          $2,000.00 or above
Platinum Level                 $1,750.00 to $1,999.00
Gold Plus Level               $1,500.00 to $1,749.00
Gold Level                      $1,250.00 to $1,499.00
Silver Plus Level              $1,000.00 to $1,249.00
Silver Level                     $750.00 to $999.00
Bronze Plus Level            $500.00 to $749.00
Bronze Level                   $250.00 to $499.00
